Returns & Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. We will not process any returns or exchanges after 14 days.
Please request your return/exchange via email at email@example.com All returns and exchanges must be delivered by yourselves to our warehouse at your own expense, where they will be inspected. Any returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in sufficient packaging.
If you place an incorrect order and would like to change the item for a different colour or variation, you will also have to follow the above procedure.
If you do not like your new furniture, find it uncomfortable or for any other reason, you can return the item fully wrapped and in an unused condition for a refund. Please note, we do not collect any customer returns/exchanges, this must be arranged yourself at your own expense. If the item is sent back damaged or used, we have the right to only refund back the resale value. This can be up to 100% if it is deemed unsellable, so please be careful and cautious when returning
A refund can only be given when the items have been returned to our warehouse where they will be inspected for any damage or signs of use. Refunds will be processed after the items have been returned to us and may take up to 14 working days and we will then refund the sofa less the delivery charge.

Please also note our returns and refunds policy does not apply to business customers. It is the responsibility of the business to ensure that the products purchased meet the standards required for the environment in which they will be used.
Made to Order Items:
If you order a made to order item we allocate a minimum of 7-14 working days give or take from placing your order to delivery.
If you choose to cancel order once the item has started to be made then we do not offer a refund on your deposit paid as this covered the cost to the labour taken to make the sofa, fabric and material as as this is made to order the sofa may not be able to be used and wasted time and materials.
If the item has not yet been started and is a new order the we would be able to refund any deposit paid.
